Refund policy

 

Change your mind? We totally get it. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• discounted items are final and cannot be returned for full refund.

• discounted items can be size exchanges.

• returned and exchanged items must have tags.

• returned and exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• we can only issue store credit for handmade items - bandana and hair band.

• we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has delivered the item to the final destination.
