Change your mind? We totally get it. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• discounted items are final and cannot be returned for full refund.

• discounted items can be size exchanges!

• returned items must have tags

• returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• we cannot accept returns for international orders

• we can only issue store credit for handmade items - bandana and hair band

• we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has delivered the item to the final destination

To initiate your domestic return or exchange head over to our Return & Exchange Portal. Refunds will be processed 2-3 days after they arrive at our warehouse.

Exchange orders will ship 2-3 business days after your returned item is scanned in by the carrier.

Even though we double (and triple!) check every item before it’s sent your way, sometimes little slip-ups sneak through — we’re only hooman, after all! If your order isn’t perfect because it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item entirely, don’t worry! Just send us an email at info@barkbarkbaby.com, and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “whoopsie-daisy!
